We’ve lived your chaos. Now we’ll help you beat it.
To my fellow service-based business leaders:
I’ve always believed hard work should count for something. But for a long time, it felt like the harder I worked, the more my business owned me.
I started out the way many owners do, with a truck, a vision, and no roadmap. There were seasons I felt like I had no more to give. There were nights I was out on the job until midnight, only to be back at the shop by 5 a.m. the next day. Payroll, scheduling, repairs, hiring; it was all on me. As the business grew, the pressure didn’t ease up; it just changed shape.
Over the years of building multiple companies, I learned the ropes the hard way, built a team that became like family, and figured out how to scale without losing what made us who we were. We won, and we learned. There were a lot more lessons than wins. We hit milestones I never dreamed of. We got noticed. We won awards that reminded me how far we’d come. But none of that mattered as much as building something real with staying power.
I successfully exited one business and dissolved another. It was the right move, but also forced me to face a hard truth: too many owners out there are carrying the same weight I once did, growing fast but alone. So, I built Tandem to change that.
Tandem isn’t a consultancy. It’s a partnership. I walk alongside owners who are where I’ve been; the ones who’ve built something good but know there’s more ahead if they can just get out of the grind long enough to lead again.
I don’t bring theory. I bring experienced lessons and the belief that every owner deserves to build a business that serves their life, not the other way around.

Awards and Accolades
I never set out to win awards or recognition, I’m proud of the work that’s been acknowledged along the way. Each one is proof of what’s possible when you lead with grit, humility, and heart and is proof of what’s possible when you keep showing up to win or to learn.
